Struggling for some stocking stuffers? Buying for a birthday? Looking to treat yo’ self??

Your on this page because you know someone on a fitness journey who deserves a gift to honor their efforts to better their health. And, you’re probably not too sure what to get them…

Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered.

I spent the weekend scouring Amazon to find 25 gifts under $25 dollars for your all your fitness-minded friends. Most items are available on Prime and all have good reviews. I’ve even purchased a few for myself. Click the links and photos below for more info on each product.

For the Yoga lover

Printed Yoga Mats

Choose a printed, colorful yoga mat to match your friend’s zen-full aura. Not a yogi yet? These mats are used for more than just sweaty hot yoga classes. You’ll find mats in most group fitness classes involving building core strength, or even a weight lifting class like BodyPump. Basically, any class where you might stretch on the floor. Shield your friends from the yucky gym floors with a new cute yoga mat.

Price: $19

Yoga Towel

In hot yoga classes where the temps can reach up into the 90s, a yoga towel is often placed over the yoga mat to soak up sweat and prevent feet and hands from slipping. This is gift is specifically wonderful for anyone who attends hot yoga regularly. Or even once in a while. Because lets be honest towels get sweaty, stinky, and sometimes left in the trunk of your car for way too long. Not that I’m speaking from experience.

Price: $8-$18

Yoga Block and Strap

Yoga blocks and straps help to deepen your stretches and assist you into positions that might otherwise be uncomfortable. This set is perfect for anyone wanting to practice at home. And it comes in multiple colors.

Price: $18

Meditation Cushion

Meditation is becoming more and more popular as people aim to reduce stress and anxiety, specially over the holidays and through the dark winter months. A cute cushion might be just what you need to “get comfortable” with your own meditation practice. (See what I did there? Ha…) And if meditation turns out to not be your thing, well, then you’ve got a cool new pillow.

Cost: $18

For the Runners

Balega Socks

I loooove these socks. Personally, I’ve been running for years and these are my go-to socks for long or short runs. They have a small lip at the heel to ensure there is no slip-age. They come in lots of pretty colors and they are so comfy you’ll want to wear them all the time.

Cost: $15

Cold Weather Running Gloves with Touchscreen Fingers

Anyone brave enough to run outside in the cold winter months deserves a warm pair of gloves. My guess is they also can’t have too many. These handy (ha!) gloves come with touchscreen fingers, so you don’t need to remove your glove when checking your pace on your phone or smart watch.

Price: $20-$22

Bondi Bands

This item is not just for the runners. Any fitness lover would enjoy this. Actually, anyone with long hair would enjoy this. Bondi Bands are super popular headbands for runners and come in several colors and patterns.

Price: $9

For At-Home Workouts

Resistance Bands

There are two different kinds of resistance bands out there. Infinity/loop bands and bands with handles. Both types come in different strengths or levels of resistance which are used in different types of exercises. The best part of these bands is that they are light and easy to travel with. You’ll never miss a workout while on vacation again!

Infinity bands: $11

Bands with handles: $15-$20

Exercise Dice

Roll these dice to change up your workout regularly. The dice give you a movement and a number. If you roll 10 push ups, then you complete 10 push ups. These are great for families who want to incorporate more movement with the kiddos.

Foam Rollers and Massage Tools

These are probably the greatest gifts you could possibly give someone. Foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and this self-massage tool are meant soothe sore muscles in the comfort of your own home. Foam rollers work wonders on my quads and calfs after leg days and long runs. Lacrosse balls are small enough to fit in your travel bags for whatever adventures you find. The massage tool feels amazing on your back and shoulders, especially for any office workers who sit at a desk all day.

Foam Roller: $23

Lacrosse Ball: $6

Massage Tool: $23

For the Kitchen

Glass Meal Prep Containers

They say abs are made in the kitchen. Nutrition is sometimes the hardest part of someone’s fitness journey. Pick up five glass meal prep containers to help you meet your fitness goals. This set is BPA-free and microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe.

Price: $25

Nuun Hydration Tablets

I included Nuun tablets in my hiking gift guide too, and for good reason! They are dissolvable electrolyte tablets meant to help you recover from intense endurance sports. I use them often after races or spinning classes. They come in a variety of flavors.

Price: $15

Stainless Steel Water Bottle

You can never have too many water bottles! These cute things are stainless steel and insulated. They will keep any beverage hot (for 12 hours) or cold (for 24 hours).

Price: $16

You Can Never Have Too Many Clothes!

Baleaf Joggers

Comfy, slouchy pants with POCKETS will never be a bad thing. I’ve heard good things about Baleaf as a workout gear brand. These are a yoga-pant-like material with cuff bottoms. They look perfect for a sweaty gym-session or just lounging on the couch at home.

Price: $25

Oh My Quad Becky, Look at Her Squat Tank

I think this tank top speaks for itself…

Price: $15

Baseball Cap

Create a little mystery at the gym by shielding your face with a cute ball cap. I started wearing baseball caps when I use the free weights at the gym, partly because I’ve usually just woken up and look frightening, partly because I don’t want to accidentally make eye contact with the creepy guys at the gym at 6am. Or ever really. I also prefer trucker hats because I think they breathe better than some of the cotton hats that are popular these days. This hat by Roxy comes in several colors.

Price: $18

Odds and Ends

Weight Lifting Gloves

Save your precious palms with weight lifting gloves. Gloves protect your hands from blisters, tears, and calluses common among anyone repeatedly lifting bars. Pick things up, put them down. You know what I mean. Protect your paws and grab these gloves!

Price: $20

Polarized Sunglasses

I purchased these babies for myself for my hiking trip in Nepal. They are polarized to save your eyes from the evil sun. I love the blue color!

Price: $13

Inspirational Cuff Bracelet

This might be my favorite item on the list. Who doesn’t love a classy little bracelet with big, bold meaning. Pardon the strong language 😉

Price: $15

Fitbook Fitness Journal

Track your goals with this 12-week planner. This little guy holds everything from your cardio and strength workouts to a food log with a nutrient tracker. (How many veggies did you eat today??) The pages are super detailed with templates to capture everything you could possibly think of and more. I LOVE a good planner to help me stay on track, AND to look back on my successes.

Price: $20

Girl, Wash Your Face

For the fitness fanatic who also loves to curl up with a good book. Girl, Wash Your Face is an empowering book about facing the challenges of life, from relationships to careers, and even motherhood. I listened to this audiobook on Audible while lifting weights this past fall. The combo of listening to someone tell me I can accomplish anything while filling my body with exercise endorphins was pretty magical and I recommend it to EVERYONE!

Hardcover: $11

Audible Audiobook: $18

Adidas Gym Bag

Last but not least, you definitely need a new gym bag to hold all your cute and helpful gear. This Adidas bag comes in multiple colors and sizes. Get one for Crossfit, one for yoga, and one for spin…and then maybe an alternate for good measure. Anyone else hate packing?

Price: $20-25

Happy shopping my friends! Let me know how your buds like their new gear. And remember, no shame in grabbing something for yourself too!
